Muthoot Fincap Interview Position – Area Credit Manager.
👉Department – Credit Risk
👉Experience – Minimum of 4 years working in MFI or NBFC.
Candidate having Team Handling Experience and Immediate joiners will get more preference. (MFI Credit/JLG-Business/LAP/Mortgage)
👉Salary- As per the industry standard + TA-DA Allowance + Incentive + PF/ESIC + Medical Insurance + CUG Sim Card.
Job Role & Responsibilities :-
đź“ŚShould be able to handle minimum 20+ branches.
đź“ŚYou should manage 10 to 20 people in your team.
đź“ŚResponsible for TAT of delivering sanction letter and disbursement.
đź“ŚConduct KYC, Bank verification and GRT for loan proposals based on merit.
📌Responsible for credit risk underwriting for unsecured group loans of Microfinance. (Reviewing loan requests, Assessing clients’ financial status, Evaluating creditworthiness)
