Job In Kogta Finance State Head-Tractor
- Qualification Required – Graduation/Post Graduation
- Age: UPTO- 35
- Salary – Best In Industry
- Candidate should be Experience minimum 5 to 7 yrs sales experience, Collection experience with good communication skill And Team Handling
Job role
1)Managing a team of Business Managers and DST’s and meeting business targets.
2)Sourcing business through Channels such as DSA, Referrals,and Direct.
3)Reviewing Business Managers as well as DST Performance to enhance individual Productivity as well as creating healthy portfolio.
4)Controlling ED-NS %
5)Timely resolution of PDD .
6)Portfolio management through Cross-Functional Coordination (Credit, OPS & Collection)
7)Timely disposal of Repo stock.
Any other activities assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
1)Candidate should be from BFSI Industry only with relevant experience and proven track record.
2)Candidates handling Tractor re-finance shall be given preference.
3)Strong Understanding of Field Investigation of Rural Customer.
4)Must have managed a sizeable team of Business Managers and DST in current profile
5)Ability to withstand pressure
6)Good Control over collections.
