1) Incumbent would be managing the branch operations alongwith a team.
2) Ensuring full adherence to compliance & process.
3) Successfully carrying out activities to boost business no.’s. by way of cross selling
4) ensuring highest standard of customer service
jana small Bank Requirement :-
a) Prior exp. of 4+ years into banking/MFI operations is a must.
b) Should have a proven tack record.
c) successfully contributed towards revenue generation by achieving business no.’s.
e) Ensuring full adherence to compliance & processes laid down by the organisation.
